Robin Vacha joined ‎ΊΓΙ«ΙΩΈΎ Automation in 2014 and, in 2024, was appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager of the ‎ΊΓΙ«ΙΩΈΎ Semiconductor Group. In this role, he leads the delivery of automation-driven process advantages for semiconductor customers across ‎ΊΓΙ«ΙΩΈΎβ€™ portfolio, including Vacuum Robotics and Automation, Atmospheric Solutions, Contamination Control, and Global Services.Μύ

Robin brings more than 20 years of experience in robotics and factory automation, with a focus on technology development and operations.Μύ

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master of Mechanical Engineering from MIT, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.Μύ
